Dell 17' monitor LCD good value for a good price! We wanted a relatively small monitor for our library/guest room that our son stays in during his time home from college (brief as it is) and a monitor that would work for our HS twins who have research homework along with other computer tasks.. Just don't poke the screen; I got this one used, and it has one spot where someone poked the screen and there's a sort of darker spot there, mostly noticeable on white backgrounds.. Anything that a driver would provide is often not necessary, as there is usually an alternate hardware control or part of the operating system that performs the same function.. Overall I'd definitely recommend it for a decent, cheap 17' LCD I like them enough that I use four E172FPs between my home and office:) •.. Plenty of brightness, didn't require any special drivers to work correctly Just pop it out of the box, plug it in, and turn it on..
